Description: Upgrade 4.3km of route to high standard dual carriageway with no central reserve crossings, including hard shoulders and 1No. grade separated junction (10km in RoI)

Current Position: Contract awarded to SIAC-Ferrovial Joint Venture in February 2005. Scheduled for completion September 2007.
