Sydenham Bypass

Scheme: A2 Sydenham Bypass

Description: Widening from 2-lane dual carriageway to 3-lane dual carriageway.

Current Position: Following the completion of Stage 2, Public Exhibition events were held on Wednesday 24th February 2010 at the Dee Street Community Centre and on Monday 1st March 2010 at the Inverary Community Centre.

Next Steps: Roads Service will now further develop the design of the scheme through the Stage 3 process. It is envisaged that this step will be complete in summer 2012, subject to finance.
