Consultancy Framework Contract

Roads Service appointed consultants to its new Consultancy Framework Contract in March 2001 to enable it to commission consultants quickly & effectively. The guidance notes on how the framework operates and the project specific submission document are both available for downloading. At present the scheme specific submission documents must be submitted in hard copy as well as by e-mail to Network Development Branch who manage the framework.
