Applicants have the following rights:
- To be informed
whether personal data of which they are the subject is being processed by Roads Service;
- To
be given a description of the data;
- To be told the purposes for which that information
is being processed;
- To be told the recipients, e.g. other government departments,
agencies etc to whom that information may be disclosed;
- To have in an intelligible
form the information held;
- To be given any information available to the controller
about the course of the data;
- To be given an explanation as to how any automated
decisions taken about the applicant have been made.
