Travelwise NI is a Roads Service initiative to encourage the use of sustainable transport, options such as walking and cycling. It is delivered in partnership with the Department of Education, DOE Road Safety Branch, Sustrans, Health Promotion Agency and Translink. The theme of the initiative is ‘understand the problem and you can be part of the solution’. The initiative promotes sustainable transport leading to better personal health, as well as introducing walking and cycling to schools and providing useful safety information.
