Service is consulting on a proposal for a draft Order in Council entitled the draft Traffic Management
(Northern Ireland) Order. The draft Order in Council would change the enforcement of parking and waiting
restrictions on public roads by allowing the Department for Regional Development, through its Roads
Service, to introduce a system of decriminalised parking enforcement in Northern Ireland.
