Transport Minister Conor Murphy officially opened the 12 km A1 Beech Hill to Cloghogue dual carriageway five months ahead of schedule with the deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness and Junior Minister Robin Newton. The Taoiseach, Mr Brian Cowen TD also took part in the event.
